Capstone has been engaged to go to market for one of Australia's largest and most successful property groups for a National Procurement Manager for their significant Office Portfolio.

As the National Procurement Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations, you wil be leading the Procurement and Supply Chain functions for the Office portfolio/division; based in the Sydney CBD.

Primary responsibilities will be

• Leading the team of three procurement professionals
• Providing advice to the executive & determining go to market strategies
• Strategic Procurement and Contractor Management

Our client has formal contractual ownership of all Hard & Soft Facilities Services contracts and Vendor relationships, whilst their outsourced FM provider manages the contractors on a day-to-day basis.

To be considered for this senior role, you will have strong demonstrated experience in

• delivering procurement & contracts management functions for both Hard and Soft Facilities services (FM)
• leading similar procurement teams/functions
• implementing improvements in procedures and processes.
