Davidson is proud to partner with a leading financial services organisation seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative within their Wrap Servicing division.

About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of business and technology readiness for a Wrap Servicing team. You will work across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure the successful implementation of servicing capabilities for a new partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation activities across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new servicing functions.
• Align business design with internal stakeholders and external partner requirements.
• Manage business analysis efforts and ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
• Translate client insights into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Drive detailed project planning, including the use of AI in business design.
• Manage project status reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee change management and implementation activities including testing and readiness.

About You

• Significant experience in project management across large, complex initiatives within the finance industry.
• Mandatory experience with WRAP platforms in superannuation or investment servicing.
• Strong leadership experience across both business and technology teams.
• Background in business design and process improvement.
• Wealth industry knowledge (superannuation and investments).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
