What We Offer

Four‑Day Work Week – Enjoy three full days off every week and every third Friday off (with a Tuesday swap), giving you genuine work‑life balance.

Lucrative Compensation Range – Our stylists typically earn between the low $1,300s and high $1,700s per week (gross), depending on performance. This includes a generous base wage plus substantial commissions and bonuses for meeting service and retail targets.

Performance‑Based Bonuses – Achieve defined service revenue targets and retail product goals to unlock significant weekly bonuses.

Extra Saturday Pay – We recognise our busiest day with higher rates, making it easier to reach your weekly targets.
