We’re Neon Hair & Beauty - a buzzing, boutique salon in Southport known for lived-in blondes, dimensional colour, and high-end service with a fun, down-to-earth vibe. Our light-filled space is one of the largest on the Gold Coast, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Stylist and an eager to learn Apprentice to join our growing team.

THE ROLE:
You’ll bring your creative flair, technical skills, and confidence with colour and cutting to a loyal client base (plus a stream of new clients every week). We’re after someone who delivers exceptional results, builds genuine connections, and enjoys working in a team that supports and uplifts each other.

Whether you're looking for 3 days or full-time, we can tailor the role to suit the right stylist.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
✔ Has 2+ years of salon experience as a Senior or Experience in a salon environment as an apprentice
✔ Is confident with blondes, colour corrections, styling, and cutting
✔ Has excellent communication and client care
✔ Wants to feel valued, appreciated, and part of a close-knit team
✔ Is reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to their craft
