About the role

Winpart Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Combination (HC) Driver to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. In this full-time position.

This current Night Shift position runs 5 days per week Monday to Friday, starting at 7.30pm and finishing around 4.00am based out of Bathurst, NSW. This is a full-time role operating new Volvo automatic trucks, with regular overtime opportunities and shift allowances included in the advertised pay rate.

Winpart is also looking for Casual HC drivers to fill a number of runs through out day and nightshift work. If your looking for variety in the daily routine are are flexible with work hours then this position is for you. Lucrative hourly rates offered for the right applicant

If you're a professional driver who enjoys the quieter roads and consistency of night work, this could be the perfect role for you. Immediate starts are available, but we’re happy to work with the right candidates on start dates.

What You’ll Be Doing – Nightshift Shift Role

Operating heavy vehicles (semi-trailers) safely and professionally during afternoon and evening hours

Loading and unloading freight, securing loads, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed

Following road safety rules, adhering to company policies, and managing driver fatigue

Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles

Providing excellent customer service with on-time deliveries

Coordinating with the dispatch and fleet management teams throughout your shift

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience driving HC vehicles in road transport

Sound understanding of safe driving practices and fatigue management

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety

Effective communication skills and good customer service

Valid HC driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Comfortable working afternoon shifts regularly
