The role:

We're seeking a switched-on Payroll Specialist with strong Dayforce experience to join a tight-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident managing high-volume payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 700 employees
• Process both weekly and monthly pay cycles accurately and on time
• Ensure accurate payroll data entry and ongoing maintenance of employee records
• Prepare and review payroll variance reports
• Interpret EBAs and awards to ensure compliance

About You:

• Proven experience managing large, complex payrolls
• Hands-on Dayforce experience (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Experience with EBAs/awards, ideally within a fast-paced environment
