About the Role

We're hiring a qualified residential glazier to join our in-house team at Aquatech Grouting. You'll be responsible for the measuring and installation of shower screens, windows, mirrors, splashbacks, and wardrobe doors in homes across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and surrounding suburbs.

No commercial or high-rise work, just clean, consistent jobs with a growing company that values great workmanship.

You’ll also assist with occasional cutting and fabrication of glass and aluminium in the warehouse.

What You’ll Be Doing

Measure and install shower screens (semi-frameless and fully framed)

Install residential windows, mirrors, splashbacks, and wardrobe doors

Assist with fabrication and assembly of aluminium frames and glass panels

Work with real estate, clients, and our internal office team

Keep your work vehicle, tools, and job sites clean and professional

Use scheduling apps like SimPRO or ServiceM8 to manage your day

What We’re Offering

$85K–$110K + super, depending on experience

Company vehicle, fuel card, uniform provided

Residential work only — no commercial glazing or night shifts

Long-term, full-time position with steady pipeline of jobs

Fortnightly pay with no quoting or admin required

Supportive team, strong systems, and good job variety

Pathway to Team Leader or Supervisor role as we expand

What We’re Looking For

Trade-qualified glazier or shower screen installer

3+ years’ experience in residential glass and aluminium installation

Confident in on-site measuring, glass cutting, and installations

Manual driver’s licence

Police check or willingness to obtain

Experience with SimPRO, SoftTech, or ServiceM8 is a bonus

Must have full Australian working rights
