About the role

Sunstate Glass is seeking a dedicated Glazier or Glass Worker to join our team in Warana, Queensland. This is a full-time position, with the Sunshine Coast's leading glass company. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will play an integral role in the installation, repair and maintenance of glass products across commercial and residential properties. With a wide variety of work, no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

Measure, cut, fit, and install a variety of glass products including windows, doors, and mirrors

Perform skilled glazing tasks such as glazing, re-glazing, and glass replacement

Operate power tools and hand tools required for glass cutting, fitting, and installation

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients throughout projects

Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the workshop and equipment

Install balustrade systems

Fabricate and install aluminum frames for commercial applications

What we're looking for

Experienced glazier, commercial aluminum fabricator, pool fencing and balustrading installer

Previous experience in aluminum framing fabrication and balustrade installation would be highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

A passion for the building and construction industry
