About the Role

NewDoc is a modern, bulk billing GP clinic located in inner-Sydney. We are seeking friendly, patient-focused Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

At NewDoc, Nurse Practitioners serve as the first contact point for patients, providing affordable bulk-billed care for common presentations, chronic disease reviews, women’s health, and preventive health needs. Where required, patients are escalated for subsequent consultations with our FRACGPs.

Unlike many clinics that push for very high volumes, we only expect around 4 patients per hour. Our model prioritises safe, sustainable care, supported by technology that pre-triages every patient and collects relevant history before the consult, so you can focus on what matters most.

Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to practice within their comfortable scope, with ongoing support from our Medical Director — an experienced FRACGP — and clear escalation pathways. This balance of independence and backup makes NewDoc a supportive, low-stress environment.

What We Offer

70% of Medicare billings

$75/hr minimum guarantee — whichever is higher

Pre-triaged patients with history taken before every consult

Requirements

Current AHPRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner

Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred
