We are currently seeking a skilled and confident Nurse / Nurse Practitioner with demonstrated experience in administering iron infusions and other IV therapies (including zoledronic acid, antibiotics, biologics, and intralipid infusions) to join our team in a flexible, supportive working environment.

The Role

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering safe and effective infusions to patients in a general practice setting — with a primary focus on iron infusions. You will also support the administration of zoledronic acid, antibiotics, biologics, and intralipid therapies as required. Working closely with GPs and nursing staff, you will ensure each patient receives holistic and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-infusion assessments and administer intravenous therapies

• Monitor patients throughout the procedure and provide post-infusion care

• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support continuity of care

• Educate patients on treatment, side effects, and aftercare as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse/ Nurse Practitioner

• Previous experience with iron infusions is essential and highly valued

• Ability to work independently within a team-based care model

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
