About the role

Green-Earth Gardens is seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance professional to join our dedicated team in Adelaide, SA 5000. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscaping and gardens of our valued residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Regularly mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a neat and tidy appearance

Pruning and shaping shrubs, trees, and hedges to encourage healthy growth

Weeding, mulching, and fertilising garden beds to keep them in optimal condition

Planting and caring for a variety of plants, flowers, and other greenery

Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues in the gardens

Ensuring all gardening tools and equipment are well-maintained

Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients about the work being carried out

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar garden maintenance role

Strong practical gardening skills and knowledge of horticulture

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good time management and organisational skills

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

A friendly, customer-focused attitude

Relevant qualifications or certifications in horticulture or landscaping are desirable
