We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as mower and brushcutter operators. Key Responsibilities

· Manage grounds maintenance tasks using associated plant and equipment, including brushcutting, hedging, blowing, weeding, zero turn mowers and tractors.

· Operate various mowing equipment, blowers and brushcutters safely and efficiently.

· Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained and in safe working order.

· Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.

· Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to your supervisor.

· Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

What you need

· Skill in operating and maintaining mowing equipment safely and effectively.

· Experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred.

· A willingness to work outdoors.

· A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.

· Work as part of a team.

· Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

· A current manual driver’s licence.

· National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).

· Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).

· A legal right to work in Australia.
