2XM Recruit are seeking a Service Coordinator to join a well-established Australian engineering company that provides innovative power and electrical solutions.

Location: Preston, VIC

Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 plus Super

Duties:
In this role, you’ll be the link between Projects & Service teams, customers, and suppliers. You will:

• Coordinate resources for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and remedial works.
• Work closely with management to plan priorities and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide engineers and technicians with the right information, tools, and arrangements to start and complete work.
• Maintain service schedules, oversee after-hours rosters, and manage the service escalation process.
• Respond to RFIs and RFQs, prepare service reports, and follow up on quotes and invoicing.
• Monitor service performance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generating leads and increasing awareness of the company’s solutions.

About You
You’re a proactive coordinator with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities without breaking a sweat. You have:

• Experience in sales, project management, or customer service
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in working with both technical teams and clients at all levels.
