RED has enjoyed significant growth over the past 12 months, creating the opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team in the Permanent Recruitment Division.

About the Role

Please note this is a full 360 recruiter role with Sales, Account Management and Recruitment accountabilities.

Responsibilities

Create and develop value adding relationships with clients both existing and new

Build credibility by becoming an expert in your field

Attend industry events and represent the RED Brand

Book and attend quarterly client visits and service reviews

Conduct regular candidate check ins

Identify new market segments to target

End to end recruitment of white-collar/professional roles (perm, contract and temp)

Ensure the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety are maintained

Contribute to weekly Branch meetings

To be successful, you will possess:

Required Skills

Business Development Skills (existing account management and new accounts)

At least 5 years recruitment experience in the white-collar/professional space

A genuine desire to provide our clients with outstanding service

A positive, can do, attitude

Tech Savvy and willing to adapt to change
