Exercise Scientist – Join Our Experienced Team

Are you an Exercise Scientist with a passion for helping individuals across the lifespan achieve their rehabilitation and movement goals? At Up and Active, we support a diverse range of clients from athletes and active individuals to middle-aged clients managing injuries, and older adults aiming to maintain mobility and independence.

We have a busy caseload of patients ready to be seen by a motivated and enthusiastic Exercise Scientist. While we see a wide variety of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation clients, we are also focused on building our pilates and strength and conditioning streams and would love someone who's keen to contribute to these areas.

You'll have access to industry-leading equipment, including AXIT force plate technology for measuring strength, endurance, and power. You'll be supported through structured in-house development and mentoring from experienced clinicians, including Toleah Easton.

What We're Looking For:

University qualified Exercise Scientist

Passion for working in private practice

Strong interest in Pilates, Functional rehab and Strength and conditioning

Comfortable managing a varied caseload, including hydrotherapy and small group classes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A team player who's keen to learn, grow, and make a difference

New graduates are welcome to apply

Australian permanent residency required

Must be available to work weekdays and saturday mornings
