Our client is a well-regarded, HVRAS accredited specialist in the servicing, maintenance, and repair of heavy diesel trucks and trailers. They service a wide fleet base, handle breakdowns on the road, and are experts in Caterpillar, Cummins, and Detroit engines. With business booming, they are looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Fitter to join their workshop in Wacol.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on:

• Truck engines, brakes, clutches, chassis, and trailers
• Full engine rebuilds and diagnostics
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

You’ll use your expertise to deliver high-quality work and ensure compliance with National Standards and Accreditation Schemes.

What You’ll Need

✔️ Mechanical Trade Qualification – Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Fitter

✔️ HR Truck Licence (or higher)

✔️ 3+ years’ experience in heavy vehicle servicing & maintenance

✔️ Strong knowledge of rebuilds, servicing & diagnostics

✔️ Reliable transport and a great work ethic
