Iron Industry Gym, a leading fitness and wellness centre in Adelaide, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. We offer a diverse range of programs to enhance physical and mental wellbeing and are expanding our services with specialised yoga for both group and private sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and deliver yoga classes for individuals and groups, adapting to various skill levels and goals.

Develop customised programs incorporating current trends and best practices.

Teach proper postures, breathing techniques, and sequences to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

Provide clear demonstrations, ensure safe practice, and minimise injury risk.

Assess progress, give constructive feedback, and adjust programs as needed.

Stay updated with yoga teaching methods and integrate them into sessions.

Lead or participate in workshops, retreats, and wellness events.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming practice space.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year teaching yoga to diverse groups and abilities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Weekend and evening availability.

Mandarin fluency preferred.
