Overview

Luvin Life Supplements is a premium Australian wellness brand, offering high-quality collagen, creatine, magnesium, and functional supplements. We're on a mission to make Luvin Life a well-known and trusted name in health and fitness, and we're looking for a hands-on Brand & Community Coordinator to drive that growth.

This role blends digital marketing, influencer partnerships, community building, and content execution. You'll grow brand awareness, build credibility, and help turn customers into loyal fans.

Influencer, Athlete & Partnership Engagement

Identify and build relationships with influencers, athletes, PTs, and wellness professionals.

Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and collabs to grow brand credibility.

Explore partnerships with gyms, recovery studios, and complementary wellness brands.

Community & Customer Engagement

Actively engage with followers (DMs, comments, groups) to grow loyalty.

Develop and showcase customer testimonials, UGC, and success stories.

Build our presence in podcasts, blogs, and industry media for added trust.

Brand Consistency & Storytelling

Work with our in-house designer to ensure brand visuals are premium and consistent.

Maintain a strong, trusted brand voice across all platforms and campaigns.

Support expos and industry events with samples, signage, and POS.

Measurement & Reporting

Track KPIs: social growth, influencer reach, engagement, conversions.

Provide monthly reports with insights and new ideas to scale impact.

Skills & Experience

2+ years' experience in digital marketing, brand, or influencer/community management.

Demonstrated experience across all areas of digital marketing including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.

Confident in social media management, influencer engagement, and content creation.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Passionate about health, fitness, and supplements.

Personal interest and enthusiasm for health, fitness, and supplement products.

An analytical mindset with the ability to track and report results.
