Key Responsibilities

Take over from sales team with signed clients and manage them through the full acquisition process.

Source, analyse, and secure high-quality investment properties across NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA.

Conduct thorough due diligence including rental yield analysis, growth drivers, and suburb fundamentals.

Negotiate purchase terms and secure properties at the best possible price and conditions.

Liaise with selling agents, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Provide clients with clear communication and professional advice throughout the process.

Travel interstate quarterly (funded by the company) for inspections, relationship building, and market knowledge.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging suburbs, and investment hotspots.

Keep accurate records in CRM and ensure client briefs, preferences, and updates are properly documented.

Requirements & Preferences

Previous experience as a Buyer’s Agent highly favourable.

Previous experience specifically within an investment-focused buyer’s agency is extremely advantageous.

Must be polished, well-spoken, and professional in presentation.

Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service and client outcomes.

Commercial mindset with proven ability to analyse investment properties and markets.

Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favourable outcomes.

Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.

Based out of our Clovelly office.

Must hold a valid certificate of registration
