ESSEN REMEDIAL MASSAGE seeking a passionate and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team in ESSENDON VIC.

This full time casual/part-time role will see you providing high-quality remedial massage treatments to our valued clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

We are looking for committed and passionate FEMALE (only) Remedial massage therapists/massage therapists.

Requirements are as follows:

Remedial massage diploma

Certificate IV in Massage Therapy minimum or equivalent qualification

Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and the principles of remedial massage therapy

Strong assessment and diagnostic skills to identify and address clients' needs

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

A passion for natural health and a commitment to providing exceptional client care

Current First Aid and CPR certification (Can be obtained at a later date)

Relevant professional memberships

Must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa authorisation

Professional membership with any recognised massage therapy body

Salary: Commission-based pay but open to other ways of employment.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their needs and develop customized treatment plans

Delivering result-oriented remedial massage treatments using a range of techniques to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being

Providing personalized aftercare advice and recommendations to support clients' ongoing health and recovery

Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes in accordance with industry standards

Contributing to the growth and development by identifying opportunities to enhance our service offering
