Position: Property Manager
Salary: Up to $95,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a sizeable portfolio, starting around 110 properties, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high occupancy rates
• Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns
• Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors and vendors
• Routine, entry, exit inspections with reports to vendors
• Ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
• Collaborating with the team to achieve organizational objectives

Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in property management - salary will depend on experience
• In-depth knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing exceptional service
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a positive work environment
• A current Real Estate License - Property Management
