About the Role

We’re seeking ambitious Buyers’ Agents - either entry level or experienced - to join our Queensland team. Whether you’re a proven property professional or an aspiring sales star looking to step into the industry, this role will give you the tools, training and support to succeed.

This role is all about creating an exceptional client experience. You’ll be trusted to build relationships, understand client strategies and source and secure quality investment properties.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through their buying journey.

Build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

Source, assess and negotiate property acquisitions that meet strict criteria.

Conduct due diligence, valuations and market analysis.

Collaborate with Advisors, Property Managers and admin support to deliver a seamless client experience.

About You / Key Criteria:

You aspire to be, or already are, a confident salesperson.

Experience in Real Estate / Property Management preferred, but not essential - full training provided for the right person with the right attitude.

You enjoy building strong client relationships.

Excellent communicator and motivated to succeed.

Passionate about property, investment and helping clients create long-term wealth.

You’re a genuine team player who contributes to a positive culture.

You have Full Australian working rights.

You have a valid Australian driver’s licence.

You have a Cert IV in Property and/or an Agents Rep Certificate (or are willing to complete within 6 weeks at your own cost).
