Who You Are
You thrive on both numbers and people – you can interpret market data and have a natural ability to connect.
You’re comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and building rapport with selling agents.
You understand the value of trust and work to earn it with clients and industry contacts alike.
You enjoy getting out from behind the desk – attending inspections, gathering intel, and spotting opportunities others miss.
You’re self-driven, resourceful, and follow through on commitments without needing constant prompts.
You align with Parley’s values – integrity, transparency, and putting clients’ best interests first.
What You’ll Do
Begin on a commission only basis with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role.
Working remotely or in our Melbourne office. The choice is yours and we are flexible as long as our clients are supported.
Maintain regular, transparent communication throughout the buying process.
Proactively connect with agents to uncover on-market, pre-market, and off-market opportunities.
Assess properties for suitability, layout, and condition, backed by Parley’s due diligence process.
Negotiate terms and purchase prices that protect and advantage our clients.
Guide clients through contract signing, settlement, and post-purchase support.
Keep accurate and detailed notes in our CRM to maintain seamless communication and follow-up.
Share timely market insights and property opportunities with the team.
What We’re Looking For
Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (required).
At least 3 years experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with industry professionals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret property market data.
Professional, client-first approach with exceptional communication skills
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
This Role Won’t Be the Right Fit If…
Picking up the phone to call agents or meet new people makes you uncomfortable.
You prefer to stay behind a desk rather than getting out to inspections and seeing properties in person.
You need constant step-by-step direction instead of taking initiative.
You’re only looking for “a job” rather than wanting to contribute to and grow with a business you believe in.
