Sydney Civil Pty Ltd is a leading civil construction company highly experienced in local government, and major commercial and industrial projects with a reputation for providing a professional, integrated service to its clients.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE GARDENER with a minimum of 1 years' work experience in garden construction, maintenance and landscaping.

We are seeking someone with the but are not limited to:

Proven experience within the Commercial Landscape gardening industry.

The ability and experience to understand planting designs.

Experience in setting out and installation of Hard and Soft Landscapes.

Have extensive Tree and Plant knowledge.

Put up hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, decks), softscapes (garden beds), paved areas, plus other structures such as; ponds and garden furniture.

Experience in Scheduling works – staff resources, material requirements, ordering and implementation.

Have exceptional and highly adapted communication skills.

Ability to identify problems and provide solutions.

Experience in costing jobs/projects and preparing tenders.

A Certificate or Diploma in Landscape Construction

A proven ability to take initiative in completing projects with excellent organisational skills and aptitude to drive results.

A passion and a love of gardening and landscaping on a professional basis

Experience in leading, supporting, motivating, and mentoring Staff

To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate
