As a Senior Technical Specialist – Server, you will provide high-level technical expertise across physical, virtual, and cloud-based environments. You’ll lead the planning, development, maintenance, and support of cloud services such as, Azure and Office 365 environments, server infrastructure, backup systems, storage, configuration deployment, SIEM, email, and database platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering complex ICT projects and system implementations

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across diverse platforms

Leading cyber security initiatives and contributing to eDiscovery functions

Providing expert advice on ICT security, risk mitigation, and compliance

Mentoring team members and promoting best practices in ICT service delivery

Collaborating with internal teams, external providers, and government working groups

You’ll work closely with the Technology Services Team and other PNSG units to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with cyber security standards such as the ACSC Essential Eight Maturity Model.
