We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Engineer to join our team at our Pinkenba site in Queensland! This is your opportunity to lead the charge in delivering reliability-focused improvements across our systems, processes, equipment, and infrastructure.

Do something that moves you.

Identify and drive reliability improvement initiatives, including small-to-medium capital and non-capital projects.

Evolve and optimize maintenance and reliability strategies and practices using SAP and GE Asset Performance Management (APM) systems.

Address equipment issues with effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Oversee capital investment projects and manage change processes, leveraging both internal and external resources.

Work alongside other project leaders, providing your expertise to enhance project delivery

Ensure compliance with local regulations and site requirements across various disciplines.

Assess processes and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

Develop best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.

Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in reliability engineering.

Demonstrated project management experience, showcasing the ability to lead and execute projects effectively.

Exposure to Computerised Maintenance Systems (CMMS),

Familiarity with CAD or AutoCAD software is preferred to support design and engineering processes.

Exceptional analytical and technical skills, enabling effective problem-solving and data interpretation.

Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing circumstances and challenges in the workplace.
