Manage the Student Wellbeing Space: Maintain accurate and confidential records of mental health and behaviour incidents notifying caregivers when necessary.

Respond to Student Behaviour Walkin’s: Deescalate student behaviour and assess student’s needs. The capacity to gather information on behaviour incidents and attend to investigations as and when directed will be key to this role using a restorative approach.

Attend to Mental Health First Aid: Support Advisors and Students with mental health incidents. Run and manage identified wellbeing supports, clubs and other interest groups

Be an Active Team Member: Model and Support working in ‘The Silkwood Way’ through collaboration and connection.

If you’re ready to make a difference, not just in a job, but in the lives of young people and want to be part of a school community that lives its purpose every day, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer You:

A Unique Educational Model: Be part of the learning enrichment team supporting our innovative 3-year advisory model that emphasises student-centred learning

Professional Development: Access to ongoing professional development opportunities and weekly coaching to enhance your skills and grow in your career
