Customer Service Representative

CGI is seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney team in a full-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service experience, who are organised, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

· Proven customer service experience in any industry

· Strong face-to-face communication skills

· Enthusiastic and energetic

· Demonstrates fairness, respect, and inclusivity in all interactions

· High attention to detail and professionalism

· Available Monday – Friday, in-person (there is no remote work element to this role)

· Fluency in another language is an asset
