We are seeking an Operations Officer to join our Taxi Trucks department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing administrative support and assistance to the entire Taxi Trucks team.

Following up on service issues by liaising between the client, sub-contractor and Fleet Controllers.

Ensuring administrative aspects of the Taxi Trucks Department are accurate at all times, which includes, but is not limited to, the processing of job modifications, compiling reports, processing and filing of sub-contractor run sheets, client paperwork and the Transport Management System (“TMS”) information.
