Quality Resort Parkhurst is looking for Cook/Chef for the Oasis Restaurant

About the role

Our restaurant primarily caters to locals, in-house guests and bus groups. We pride ourselves on providing wholesome meals of excellent quality.
You will be responsible for:

Servicing the catering needs of inhouse guests and locals

Stock control and maintaining cleanliness.

Providing consistent product to high standards

Food Safety and WH&S Compliance

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in a similar role

Excellent cooking skills

Flexibility to work a rotating roster

Passion and motivation to continue growing your skills and career.

Enthusiasm and reliability with a professional work ethic.

Knowledge and understanding of the restaurant and motel industry.

A focus on delivering the highest standards of presentation, product and overall customer experience.

Sound demonstration of product knowledge, technical skills and food standards

Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.

This is a Casual Position, the remuneration on offer will reflect the skills and experience you bring to the role.
