About the Role

We’re currently hiring for a Senior OT position (or an experienced OT ready to transition into senior practice within 6 months). This role includes:

Supporting a varied caseload of neurodivergent children, teens and/or adults

Leading, mentoring and coaching early-career clinicians

Contributing to clinical systems, culture projects and service development

Collaborating closely with the Director to shape practice-wide initiatives

Working flexibly - including a dedicated weekly admin day that’s fully remote

You’ll have the option to shape this role to your strengths and goals—whether that’s purely clinical senior OT work, or branching into special projects, program development or supervision.
