Support Worker Opportunity

We are currently hiring for the following schedules:

Stafford (Child with ASD): Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM – School drop-off support

Stafford (Adult with ADHD & ASD): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Assistance with life admin, cooking, cleaning, and daily living tasks

Young Male Participant (20s):

Wednesday–Saturday, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (overnight until 9:00 AM)

Sunday & Monday, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Preference for a female support worker with clear spoken English and a background in mental health. Experience with ASD and PTSD preferred.

About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate, professional Support Workers to assist multiple participants with diverse needs, including mental health challenges and some physical support (e.g., mobility aids such as walkers). Our participants are kind, warm-hearted, and looking for respectful, empowering support.

Your Responsibilities

Provide respectful, empowering support to participants with varying needs

Assist with household tasks (meal prep, cleaning, laundry, etc.)

Support with community access and social participation

Work collaboratively with our team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

What We’re Looking For

✔ Mature male or female support workers (experience supporting females preferred)
✔ Strong English communication – spoken and written
✔ Proven mental health support experience
✔ High level of professionalism and boundary-setting
✔ Strong teamwork and reliability

Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)

Valid driver’s licence

Reliable, clean vehicle with full comprehensive insurance

Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
