About the role

Landing is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Scarborough, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

A mix of prep, lamination and bake shifts.

Collaborating with the Head Pastry Chef to innovate new menu items and seasonal offerings

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef

Strong technical skills in preparing a diverse range of pastries and cakes

A love for execution and attention to detail

Efficiency minded

Good communication and teamwork skills
