About the Project

Our client is delivering a major Recreational Park development in the logan area. The project involves bulk earthworks and construction of facilities including a running track, water park, landscaped gardens, sports oval, and playgrounds.

This is an 18-month project with the opportunity for reliable workers to transition into permanent roles on future projects.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operator who is confident in both excavator (15–25T) and skid steer/Posi-Track operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out bulk earthworks, trenching, drainage, and site prep
• Moving pipes, materials, and soil around site
• Landscaping and finishing works
• Operating both excavators and skid steers safely and efficiently
• Working as part of a civil crew on a busy site with tight deadlines
• Flexible with jumping on the ground to assist with general labour tasks when required – duties may be 50/50 during some stages

What You’ll Need (Mandatory)

✔️ White Card

✔️ Current Driver’s Licence + reliable transport

✔️ Excavator Ticket

✔️ Skid Steer / Posi-Track Ticket

✔️ Previous civil construction experience

✔️ Ability to work full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–4:40pm) with consistent attendance

✔️ Confidence operating machines with precision in busy civil environments

Highly Regarded

➕ Additional plant tickets (Roller, Dozer, Loader, Grader)

➕ Previous experience on recreational park or landscaping-style civil projects
