About the Role

As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play an integral role in our day-to-day manufacturing operations, collaborating with a supportive and high-performing team to produce quality systems that meet strict safety and sustainability standards. Department shifts are staggered; standard working hours are anywhere between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures

Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols, including pre-shift equipment and forklift checks, and promptly reporting any issues to the department Area Coordinator

Load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse or production area using the forklift to optimise loads

Maintain a clean and organised work area, including aisles, storage areas, and equipment

Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including logbooks, delivery records, and incident reports adhering to specified timeframes

Contribute to a positive and equitable working environment through the following behaviours – lead by example, be positive, accountable and results-driven.

About You

Previous experience as a forklift driver in a warehouse environment

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, within in a team environment

Commitment to complying with our zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy

Hold a valid forklift licence

Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence (not required but highly desirable)
