About the role

Galaxy Hub Logistics is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team in Derrimut, VIC 3030. This is a full-time position within our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and storage of goods across our state-of-the-art logistics hub.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operating forklifts to load, unload, move and stack a variety of goods and materials

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Performing routine pre-shift inspections and reporting any equipment issues or maintenance needs

Maintaining accurate records of all movements and transactions

Collaborating with the wider logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Continually seeking ways to improve processes and maximise productivity

What we're looking for

Valid forklift licence and proven experience as a Forklift Driver (ideally 2+ years)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg regularly
