Kingsley’s Chicken is currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisors to join their teams across multiple locations (14 positions available) in ACT & NSW, including:

· Erindale – 2903

· Kippax – 2615

· Lanyon – 2906

· Queanbeyan – 2620

· Weston – 2611

· Woden – 2606

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food service, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Successful applicants will work closely with the Retail Managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, and foster a supportive team environment.

Applicants must have previous supervisory experience in a hands-on, fast-paced retail or quick-service food environment and be confident in team leadership, rostering, stock control, and achieving sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

· AQF Certificate III in Retail or Hospitality OR at least one year of relevant experience in a similar supervisory role

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and lead a team of front-line staff, ensuring excellent customer service and team performance

· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, product display standards, and store presentation

· Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and banking

· Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with food safety and health regulations

· Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock

· Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed

· Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced

· Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members

· Support the Retail Manager in achieving financial targets and KPIs

· Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

· Contribute to staff rostering and shift planning

· Oversee preparation and serving of food in line with company standards

· Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times

Skills and Experience:

· Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food or retail sector

· Strong leadership and team-building skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and customer needs effectively

· Competency in stock management and visual merchandising

· Financial understanding and ability to assist with store budgets and reporting

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

· A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality food
