Esteemed Electrics is a leading electrical services company known for delivering high-quality solutions to a wide array of clients. We specialise in electrical, appliance repair, security, automation, and data services for both residential and commercial clients.

We’re growing fast and are looking for an experienced tradesman who can lead on the tools, take ownership of jobs, and help guide our next generation of apprentices.

About You:

You’re a qualified electrician with proven senior-level trade experience, bringing:

Experience leading commercial electrical projects such as fitouts, base building works, temporary construction wiring and switchboard upgrades

Experience in residential electrical service and minor works, including fault finding and appliance repairs

Skills in electronic security systems, ideally with vendor certifications from Inner Range, Tecom, ICT or Gallagher

Experience with lighting control systems including C-Bus and DALI

Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and secure additional work on-site

ICT networking knowledge and technical competency

Able to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders, highly organised, and confident in managing their own workload

Ability to lead teams, mentor apprentices and deliver projects to a high standard

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

Manual driver’s licence.

Unrestricted ACT electrical licence

Extensive experience in domestic and commercial electrical work

Proven experience in appliance fault finding

Background in electronic security systems or ICT networking

White Card (general construction induction)

Asbestos awareness and working with asbestos training

Silica awareness training

ACMA cabler’s licence

Australian citizenship (required for security projects)

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants with the following qualifications and relevant experiences are highly desirable:

AGSVA security clearance

Vendor certification in Tecom, Inner Range, ICT, or Gallagher systems

CEC solar accreditation

Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems

ICT networking qualifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco)
