Arafura Catering Equipment, located in Parap, Darwin, Northern Territory, is looking to recruit a Hospitality Equipment Service Technician to join our team. We invite individuals who possess the necessary skills and licenses to ensure the optimal operation of commercial equipment to apply for this position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of various types of commercial kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to, glasswashers, ovens, and fryers.

Candidate Requirements

- A self-motivated attitude with exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills in both analog and digital systems.

- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

- A commitment to professionalism and excellent customer service.

- Superior communication and listening skills.

- The ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service.

Essential Qualifications

- A current Electrical License, with a minimum of an NT Restricted Electrical License.

- A valid manual Driver's License.

- Either Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency.

- A current Police Check or the ability to obtain one.

- NT Working with Children Clearance or the ability to acquire it.

- A current Gas Fitters License or the willingness to obtain one.

- Relevant experience in equipment repairs and maintenance.
