You will need to be a savvy operator and be able to perform your managerial duties in a timely manner. Be responsible for rosters, stock control, merchandising, ability to achieve budgets and more. You will have the ability to communicate to all levels with ease and develop your team.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as retail store manager is essential

A flair for merchandising who takes pride in presentation

Be sales driven and have a track record of reaching KPI's

Have experience in rostering to a wage budget

Have experience in stock ordering

Be able to develop your team and have experience in performance management

A natural talent for motivating a team to reach sales targets

Clear communication skills with a team and senior management

An upbeat and friendly demeanor

Experience with a POS system

Preferably experience and knowledge of the discount variety industry.
