Lamont’s Smiths Beach is located in Yallingup, Western Australia and we are looking for enthusiastic and positive Waitpersons to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Range from $76,000 to $80,000pa plus superannuation (subject to suitable qualifications)

The right individual for this Waitpersons position would:

· Demonstrate a professional, upbeat and friendly personality

· Be an excellent communicator.

· Have a strong understanding of the hospitality business.

The main duties for this Waitpersons role are:

· setting and arranging tables

· greeting customers and presenting them with menus, water and beverage lists

· taking orders and relaying them to kitchen

· serving food and beverages

· opening bottles and pouring beverages

· clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen

· removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses

· collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers

· keeping the restaurant clean

· practicing the correct workplace health and safety procedures

· may recommend wines to complement food

Requirements:

· 38 hour work week

· 4 weeks annual leave per year

· Split shifts will be required from time to time

· Must be available and willing to work evenings and weekend and public holiday shifts

· Must have own accommodation and transport

· 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
