Permanent Part-Time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3pm

Are you a dynamic, organised, and people-focused professional ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Centre Facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals.

F.I.R.S.T. is a grassroots, member-driven organisation that provides community access across Logan, Brisbane, Bayside, and surrounding areas in addition to group support based at our centers in Eagleby and Loganholme.

We focus on empowerment, social connection, skills building, having fun, safety, and well-being, and are committed to having high-quality well-trained staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and direct programs to ensure successful outcomes.

Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.

Take on other reasonable duties as required or directed.

Communicate effectively with team members, service users, and stakeholders.

Maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail.

Bring enthusiasm and contagious energy to the team.

Recognise and respond to the individual needs of service users.

Adapt flexibly to a variety of situations and challenges.

Work collaboratively within a team and confidently on your own.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Experience working with persons with a disability.

Current QLD driver’s license.

Own a vehicle with car insurance.

Blue Card and Yellow Card or ability to pass NDIS worker screening check.

Have Worker Orientation Modules ‘Quality, Safety & You’ ‘Effective Communication’, and ‘Mealtime Support’ certificates or are willing to obtain.

Preferably have qualifications in Disability
