About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Pool Service Technician to join our Gold Coast team and help keep local pools looking crystal clear. You’ll be out on the road five days a week, servicing everything from backyard plunge pools to high-end set-ups.

We’re building a strong team of good people who take pride in their work (without taking themselves too seriously). Whether you’re already in the trade or just a practical legend who learns fast, this is an excellent role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, chatting with customers, and soaking up the outdoors.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka: Stuff You’ll Get Paid For)

· Servicing residential and commercial pools across the Gold Coast region

· Testing and balancing water using our easy-to-use equipment

· Troubleshooting pool equipment and replacing faulty parts

· Installing gear like pumps, filters, and chlorinators

· Providing friendly, down-to-earth advice to pool owners

· Driving between jobs in a company-provided van

· Keeping simple job records and notes

· Assisting with pool gear sales and upgrades where needed

What You’ll Need to Bring

· A valid Australian driver’s licence (manual is a big plus!)

· Solid English communication skills – verbal and written

· A bit of initiative and the ability to work independently

· Physical fitness and a willingness to get your hands dirty

· Previous pool or trade experience is great but not essential – we’ll train you up
