About the Role
Innovision Energy Solutions is seeking a Leading Hand / Renewable Energy Team Leader to take charge of our solar, battery storage, and off-grid projects. Based in Bundaberg and delivering projects throughout the Wide Bay region, we specialise in premium energy solutions for both residential and commercial clients. This is an opportunity to lead a team, grow with the business, and be rewarded for your results.

What We’re Looking For
• Fully qualified & licensed QLD electrician (SAA Accredited GCPV & GCBS minimum)
• Strong leadership skills to manage jobs and mentor apprentices
• Experience in solar, battery & off-grid installations
• Current White Card + CPR/LVR
• A confident, approachable attitude that inspires your team and assures clients
