Due to the growth in the Australian market, we are looking for the next superstar to join our amazing team as our field service technician. This is a newly created role and will answer to the National Service Manager. It is an exciting opportunity for the right person and will be another integral member of our already busy operations. The role will be the main point of service to our customers when relating to anything after-sales maintenance, repair, and warranty. We are seeking a person with a heavy vehicle maintenance & repairs background to join our Yutong professional team of a leading bus brand.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Deliver a first-class service to our customers

Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products

Attend breakdowns in the field, this will be regular travel within the state

Diagnose and repair Yutong buses

Inspect and replace components as required

Complete required documentation

Minimum Requirements

Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or relevant

Experience working as an HV Technician

Minimum 5+ years of heavy vehicle technician experience required

Safety & Customer focused takes pride in quality workmanship & doing things right

An Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold valid working rights.

Solid diagnostic, electronic, and IT capabilities

A valid Australian Driver's license required

Class HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence required
