Are you ready to be part of a company that's building a greener future for Australia? Alex Fraser is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Bobcat Profiler Operator to join our Asphalt Profiling Team, based in Laverton North and operating across Melbourne's metropolitan suburbs.

This is a great opportunity to work with a high-performing team, operating our CAT 246D3 Skid Steer, and contributing to critical infrastructure projects across Victoria.

Competitive hourly rate: $30-$35 (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For

A valid HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence

Manual driving proficiency

A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)

A team player who enjoys outdoor, hands-on work

Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends

A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes

Holding a Skid Steer ticket is a bonus - but if you don't have one, we're happy to provide training and certification for the right candidate.
