About this opportunity

We are seeking experienced HC Float Driver/ Operator to deliver heavy plant and earthmoving equipment from our Depot in Laverton North to client sites around Melbourne CBD and regional Victoria.

We are looking for candidates with:

Heavy Combination License (minimum requirement)

Heavy Plant/Machinery tickets (required)

Construction Industry Induction (White Card) (required)

Experience loading, unloading and restraining heavy earthmoving equipment / plant (Hi-Rail and non-hi-rail)

Experience driving Inner City highly desirable

Know and comply with the requirements of the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations including Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management

Compliance to ZERO BAC and Drug & Alcohol

Your own reliable transport to get to work on time

Ability to work unsupervised

Be able to get along well with others and to follow instructions from management

Rail Industry Worker Card (advantageous)

Load and Unload Ticket/Competencies (advantageous)

Load Restraint Ticket/Competencies (advantageous)
