The Role

• Foster meaningful connections with children, families, and the wider community
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and education
• Assist in planning and implementing play-based learning experiences for children
• Provide hands-on support to the room leader and fellow educators in daily routines and activities
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors

Role Requirements

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Working with Children Check
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a genuine passion for early learning

The Centre
This well-regarded early learning service on Sydney’s Northern Beaches provides care and education for children aged 0–5. The centre prides itself on creating a nurturing, inspiring, and community-driven learning environment. With nature-rich outdoor spaces, innovative programs, and a strong emphasis on intergenerational and community connections, children are encouraged to learn through play, curiosity, and exploration. Educators work collaboratively with families to ensure each child’s learning journey is supported and celebrated.
