Solution Architect – Salesforce / Healthcare
Sydney or Melbourne preferred, open across Australia | Hybrid

We’re looking for a Solution Architect with proven Salesforce delivery experience and a strong background in healthcare systems.

What you’ll do

• Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions that improve healthcare operations
• Lead design and integration of Salesforce with EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
• Work with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements
• Provide governance, best practices, and hands-on delivery support

What we’re looking for

• Salesforce architecture experience with at least one end-to-end cloud implementation (Service, Experience, Sales, etc.)
• Healthcare experience, ideally with EMR/EHR platforms
• Strong technical design skills and knowledge of compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (System Architect, Application Architect, Health Cloud)
• Background in healthcare transformation projects
