About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Furniture Delivery Offsider to join our dedicated team in Queanbeyan East, NSW. This is a full-time position that will involve assisting with the delivery and installation of furniture to our customers' homes and businesses.

What you'll be doing

Carefully loading and unloading furniture from delivery vehicles

Assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of furniture to customer locations

Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring a professional and courteous demeanour

Working collaboratively with the delivery driver to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery process

Reporting any issues or concerns to the management team

Maintaining a clean and organised delivery vehicle

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

A valid driver's licence and a strong understanding of road safety a heavy vehicle licence a plus. But not required

Previous experience in a customer service or manual labour role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy furniture

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
